Lead Engineer and Advanced Engineer in Infosys and Rolls-Royce

In both these roles, I was responsible for the stress analysis and life assessment of Titanium and Nickel alloy-based rotating discs in Rolls-Royce Trent XWB engines. During this stint,
- I took complete technical ownership of the High-Pressure Compressor disc
- Actively worked to increase the fatigue and damage tolerance life expectancy of components to save the company millions of dollars. This work involved working on high-fidelity Finite Element models as well as developing algorithms to continuously track fatigue life usage of components in service.
- I also took the role of a technical reviewer for other Engine programs as well as components
